Clubhouse Rules and Regulations:

Pets are not allowed inside the clubhouse
Smoking is not allowed
Abusive or obscene language will not be tolerated

If you use the Clubhouse, these expectations must be met:

Tables and chairs must be returned to their original positions. 

Food and drinks are not to be left anywhere in the clubhouse, including the fridge, freezer, or kitchen counters. 

Countertops must be wiped down and left free of clutter. 

The foosball table must be placed back by the back door. 

Trash cans must be emptied after use. 

The thermostat is not to be touched. 

Lights must be turned off, floors swept, and any messes spot‑cleaned before leaving. 

The clubhouse door must be locked upon exit.
