Rules and Regulations:

THE POOL IS OPEN!

Seasonal pool hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Food, drinks, and smoking is prohibited inside the pool area.

Absolutely NO alcohol is allowed inside the pool area.

There is a 4 guest per lot limit to use the pool.

Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers when entering the pool. Any
potty accidents resulting in the pool being contaminated will be the responsibility of the unit
Lessee/renter who the children are visiting or occupants of a designated lot.

Abusive or obscene language in and around common areas will not be tolerated.
