We’re happy to announce that the pool is officially OPEN for the season.

Rules and Regulations:

To keep this space safe, relaxing, and enjoyable for all residents and families, please review and follow the rules below:

Please be courteous to your fellow residents. The pool is a place for relaxation.

• No diving or horseplay in or around the pool. We are an older community, and safety is our priority.
• No food, drinks, smoking, vaping, or alcohol inside the pool area.
• Food and non‑alcoholic drinks may be enjoyed on the upper deck at the barstools.
• Abusive or obscene language is not permitted in or around common areas. Logan Landing is a family‑friendly community, not the “redneck riviera.”
• Limit of 4 guests per lot when using the pool.
• Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers. Any contamination requiring pool closure will be the responsibility of the lessee/renter or the lot occupants hosting the child. The pool will be closed for the remainder of the day.

Rules will be enforced to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

By entering the pool area, you are agreeing to comply with these rules.

The pool will be open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Please note: The pool may close during inclement weather. If the pool is locked, it is closed.

Climbing fences or attempting to enter the pool area when closed will not be tolerated.
